CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom or personalized items and clearance items are non-cancellable.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags. For hygiene reasons, items such as innerwear or swimwear are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos for assistance.
